Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Kontiv Solutions (SSM 202603017630 (003813924-K)) is a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia. By using our website or products, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

• ListNama: RSVPs, guest lists and attendance (listnama.com)
• KedyVet: practice management for pet businesses (kedyvet.com)
• Decidend: decision intelligence for HR cases (decidend.com), currently in beta

Each product has its own terms and privacy notice on its website. If they differ from this page, the product's own terms apply to that product.

3. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.
• If you sign up for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Use our services lawfully. You must not:

• use them for fraud, harassment, spam or misleading purposes;
• upload personal data you have no right to share;
• attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or upload malicious code;
• scrape, reverse engineer or resell the service without our written permission.

5. Your data

You own what you put in. You give us permission to host and process it only to run the service for you. When you upload other people's personal data (for example a guest list or employee records), you are responsible for having a lawful basis and giving them notice under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We process that data on your instructions. See our Privacy Policy.

6. AI features

AI features support your judgement. They do not replace it. Check outputs before relying on them. Decidend is not legal advice, and KedyVet is not a veterinary diagnosis.

7. Fees and payment

• Prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless stated otherwise, plus any applicable taxes.
• Paid plans and one-off purchases are billed as shown at checkout.
• We give reasonable notice before changing prices for an existing subscription.
• Refunds follow each product's terms and any rights you have under Malaysian law.

8. Beta features

Features marked beta are offered to gather feedback. They may change, pause or end, and are provided without service commitments.

9. Intellectual property

The software, designs and content of our services belong to Kontiv Solutions. "Kontiv", "ListNama", "KedyVet" and "Decidend" are our brand names. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose.

10. Liability

The services are provided "as is". To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.

11. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts others at risk. You can stop using the services at any time and ask us to delete your account.

12. Electronic records

You agree that notices, agreements and records can be given electronically, as recognised by the Electronic Commerce Act 2006.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue within 30 days. If we can't, the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or on the site before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
