By accessing or using Kontiv (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Kontiv Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") in Malaysia.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Kontiv Solutions builds focused AI products for high-stakes decisions. Our products include Decidend (HR decision intelligence) and KedyVet (veterinary practice management).

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading use

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Prices may change with reasonable notice
• Fees exclude applicable taxes
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Kontiv does not provide legal or professional advice. AI features assist judgment but do not replace it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
